Pork Belly Slice
- 200 grams pork belly
- 3 cinammon stick
- 6 star anise
- 6 slice thinly ginger
- 1/2 cup dark sauce
- 3 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 thumb size rock sugar
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- brown pork with sugar and cinammon stick and star anise
- put all into preasure on high for 30 minute
- remove pork belly and set aside
- mix cornstarch then pour onto sauce bring it to a boil till lightly thicken
- slice pork belly then top sauce
