Sauerkraut And Pork (Pa Style) Recipe

  1. Rinse sauerkraut and place in 5 qt pan.
  2. Add in water.
  3. Put in spices and sugar, salt and pepper.
  4. Add in roast.
  5. Cook till almost done on low heat for 4 hrs.
  6. Remove roast, cold, cut into bite size pcs.
  7. Add in to sauerkraut.
  8. Mix 2 c. of Bisquick and 1 c. water and drop into sauerkraut and cook about 20 min.
  9. Serve while warm.
