Ribbon Noodles in Curd Cheese and Herbs

  1. Bring 1 1/2 pints salted water to a boil in a pot.
  2. Cook noodles for ten minutes or according to your package instructions.
  3. When done drain well and keep noodles warm.
  4. Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Once melted add the garlic, mushrooms and sage and saute it for two minutes.
  6. Then stir in the ham and let it start to brown.
  7. Then add the cheese into the mushroom mixture, stir until melted then stir in noodles.
  8. Serve immediately.
