Ribbon Noodles in Curd Cheese and Herbs
- 4 ounces, weight Ribbon Noodles
- 1 teaspoon Butter
- 1 clove Garlic, Peeled And Crushed
- 2 ounces, weight Mushrooms, Sliced
- 1 teaspoon Sage
- 2 ounces, weight Ham, Diced
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 ounces, weight Cheese Curds
- Bring 1 1/2 pints salted water to a boil in a pot.
- Cook noodles for ten minutes or according to your package instructions.
- When done drain well and keep noodles warm.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Once melted add the garlic, mushrooms and sage and saute it for two minutes.
- Then stir in the ham and let it start to brown.
- Then add the cheese into the mushroom mixture, stir until melted then stir in noodles.
- Serve immediately.
