Pearl of Puebla
- 2 ounces Sombra mezcal
- 3/4 ounces yellow Chartreuse
- 3/4 ounces freshly-squeezed lime juice
- 18 ounces Ricard pastis
- 18 ounces agave syrup*
- 4 sprigs fresh oregano
- Muddle lime juice, agave syrup and oregano in a mixing glass.
- Add remaining ingredients, along with ice, and shake.
- Double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
