Beef Rice Bowl with Sticky and Fluffy Minced Okra
- 200 grams Beef (thinly sliced)
- 10 Okra
- 2 tsp Katakuriko
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 big thumb-sized piece Ginger
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 rounded teaspoon Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Honey
- 2 Quail eggs
- 1 few drops Ra-yu
- Cut the tops off the okra and chop up roughly.
- Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and lightly coat with katakuriko.
- Julienne the ginger.
- Pour sesame oil in a pan, add the ginger, and turn on the heat.
- When it becomes fragrant, add the beef and stir-fry.
- When the beef has browned all over, add the oyster sauce, soy sauce and honey all at once, simmer and mix well.
- Add the okra, stir-fry briefly, and it's done.
- Serve some cooked rice in a bowl, and add Step 3 on top.
- Break in the quail egg in the middle, sprinkle a few drops of ra-yu (it will add spiciness and bring all the flavors together), and it's done.
- Mix everything together and devour!
