Fresh Italian Tomato Salsa
- 1-1/2 qt. plum tomatoes, chopped, seeded
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. GOOD SEASONS Italian Dry Mix Salad Dressing
- 2 tsp. dried basil leaves
- Mix all ingredients until well blended; cover.
- Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours to allow flavors to blend.
- Serve with grilled chicken or fish.
