Cajun Shrimp And Corn Chowder Recipe

  1. In a medium saucepan, heat the butter.
  2. Add in the onions and saute/fry till translucent/soft.
  3. Add in the corn, chicken stock and whipping cream; simmer for 30 min.
  4. Remove from heat and puree in food processor in small batches.
  5. Return to pan.
  6. Add in Cajun seasoning and bay shrimp and stir well.
  7. Let set for one hour to develop flavor, then reheat and serve.
  8. This recipe yields 6 servings.
