Turkey Swiss Mega Sub with Ranch Aioli

  1. For the ranch dressing, add all ingredients into a small food processor or blender and pulse until smooth and well combined.
  2. Taste, and season additionally if desired.
  3. For the sub, preheat the broiler.
  4. Place the ciabatta cut side up on a pan and put it under the broiler for 2-4 minutes until toasted but not charred.
  5. Remove the bread from the oven, and spread both cut sides with the ranch.
  6. Save any leftovers!
  7. Evenly layer the turkey, cheese, onion and lettuce over the bottom half of the ciabatta, then top with the other half of the bread.
  8. Thread the pickles through toothpicks or bamboo skewers, then skewer the sandwich at about 2-inch increments.
  9. Using a sharp or serrated knife, cut in between the skewers to create smaller sandwich sections.
  10. Enjoy!
