Chicken Gyros

  1. Combine first 5 ingredients.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Cook and stir chicken in 2 Tbsp.
  4. dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 6 to 8 min.
  5. or until chicken is done.
  6. Remove from skillet; set aside.
  7. Add onions and remaining dressing to skillet; cook 5 min.
  8. or until onions are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  9. Return chicken to skillet; cook 2 to 3 min.
  10. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  11. Spoon chicken mixture into pita bread halves.
  12. Serve topped with cucumber mixture.
