Watermelon and Basil Martini
- 5 fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup (250 mL) cubed seedless watermelon, frozen
- Pinch salt
- 2 oz (50 mL) gin
- Dash angostura bitters
- In blender, on high speed, blend basil, watermelon, salt, gin and bitters until smooth.
- Strain through a fine sieve into a martini glass.
