Meatloaf Ole Recipe

• 2 lbs. grnd beef
• 1/4 c. minced onion
• 1/2 c. minced green pepper
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon chili pwdr
• 2 Large eggs, beaten
• 1/4 c. minced celery
• 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
• 1 teaspoon pepper
• 1/4 c. lowfat milk

1. Mix all ingredients together and add in sufficient bread crumbs to hold together well.
2. Pat into large bread pan.
3. Cover with 1/2 jar (8 oz) of Old El Paso Warm taco sauce.
4. Bake in a 350 degree oven 1 1/2 hrs.
5. Serve the other 1/2 jar of sauce with the meatloaf.
