Mountain Bread Recipe
- 4 c. wheat flour
- 1 c. water
- 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/3 c. wheat germ
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1/4 c. sesame seed
- 1/4 c. molasses
- 3 tbsp. instant lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Mix all together.
- Put in greased 8 x 8 x 2 inch pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till bread starts to pull way from sides of pan.
