Easy Layered Italian Meatloaf

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Mix stuffing mix with half each of the pasta sauce and oregano.
  3. Add meat; mix well.
  4. Pat into 13x9-inch baking dish.
  5. Mix vegetables and remaining pasta sauce and oregano.
  6. Spoon over meat mixture; cover.
  7. Bake 25 min.
  8. Top with cheese.
  9. Bake, uncovered, 10 min.
  10. or until meatloaf is done (160F).
