Red Bell Pepper and Egg Sandwich
- 1 Egg
- 1 half of one Red bell pepper
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tbsp *Mayonnaise
- 3 to 4 drops *Tabasco sauce
- 2 slice White bread (from a 5 or 6 pack)
- Boil some water in a pot.
- Drop in the egg and let it boil on low heat for 10 minutes, then place in cold water to cool.
- Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper and chop into 1 cm chunks.
- Mix in a pinch of salt and let sit for 10 minutes to absorb the flavor.
- Peel the boiled egg and separate the yolk and white.
- Chop the white into small pieces with a fork.
- (It's easier than using a knife.)
- Wrap the bell peppers from Step 2 in a paper towel to thoroughly drain.
- Mix together the egg, bell pepper, and * ingredients in a bowl.
- (The egg yolk will break up on its own as you mix.)
- Cut the bread slices in half and then cut the inside to create a pouch.
- Stuff with the mixture from Step 5 and enjoy!
