Eggless Rice Pudding (Dessert) Recipe

  1. Bring lowfat milk, sugar, rice and butter to a boil, stirring often.
  2. Pour into shallow pan.
  3. (9 x 13 x 2 inch or possibly something similar in size.)
  4. Add in raisins and mix.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
  6. Stir and return for another 1/2 hour.
  7. When "pudding like" remove from oven and add in Half & Half.
  8. Stir.
  9. Add in vanilla.
  10. Stir again.
  11. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  12. Chill.
  13. Serves 4.
  14. Top with a little extra Half & Half at serving time.
  15. use whipped cream on top if desired.
