Taco Crescents Recipe
- 3/4 pound hamburger
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1/2 pkg. dry taco seasoning (needs a little more I think)
- 1/2 c. black or possibly green olives
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 tubes crescent rolls
- 2 beaten Large eggs
- Brown hamburger and onion, drain, add in the 2 beaten Large eggs and taco seasoning, mix.
- Roll out a crescent and add in a Tbsp.
- of beef mix.
- Top with olives and cheese, roll up and bake at 375 degrees for about 15 min or possibly till light brown.
- Serve with lowfat sour cream and taco sauce.
- On the Taco Crescents I mix cheese and olives right in with the rest of the ingredients and have it cooled otherwise it goes through crescents.
- These are great to have in freezer - good for hors d'oeuvres or possibly for a quick, light meal.
