Creamy Horseradish Sauce

• 1 cup light mayonnaise
• 1 heaping tablespoon horseradish
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 1 tablespoon minced fresh flat-leaf parsley
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon minced onion
• 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt

1. Combine all ingredients in a jar.
2. Cover; chill.
3. Serve with roast beef, veal, steamed vegetables, roasted peppers or onion wraps
