Apple Juiced Pork Chops
- 1 gallon cold water
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup kosher salt
- 2 cups apple juice
- 1 tablespoon peppercorn
- 2 fresh thyme sprigs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 lbs boneless pork chops
- Combine all ingredients except pork chops and olive oil, in a large mixing bowl.
- Stir thoroughly and add pork chops.
- Cover and let sit at least 2 hours.
- Heat skillet and add olive oil.
- While oil is heating, remove pork chops and pat dry.
- Add pork chops to skillet, cooking 4-5 minutes per side or until done.
