Chicken Ramen Soup

  1. Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan.
  2. Break up noodles and stir into pot along with chicken, bok choy, and carrot.
  3. Bring back to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in contents of seasoning packet and sesame oil and serve.
  5. NOTE: Sometimes I leave out the seasoning packet and stir in a generous serving of chicken bouillon granules.
