Rigatoni With Shrimp And Feta Cheese(Serves 8)

  1. In a kettle, cook onion and garlic in oil over medium heat until softened.
  2. Add wine and boil mixture for 1 minute.
  3. Stir in tomatoes with juice, 1 tablespoon parsley, basil, oregano and salt.
  4. Simmer mixture 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until reduced and thickened somewhat.
  5. Add shrimp and cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until shrimp are just firm.
