Blue Cheese Buffalo Chicken

  1. Heat canola oil on stove until ready to fry.
  2. Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
  3. Smother chicken breasts in flour mixture.
  4. Cook in hot oil for 7 to 10 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. While chicken is cooking, mix together vinegar, sugar, tabasco and paprika over medium heat until sugar is completely dissolved.
  6. When chicken is done cooking, remove from oil and set on paper towels to soak up excess oil.
  7. Then submerge in the sauce.
  8. Coat well.
  9. Top with blue cheese crumbles.
  10. Also great served in pieces over a salad and blue cheese dressing.
