BBQ Chicken
- 10 tablespoons salt
- 1 12 teaspoons pepper
- 5 tablespoons poultry seasoning
- 4 34 cups white vinegar
- 1 beer (can or bottle, you can use 1 can citrus soda if you don't want to use beer)
- 3 eggs
- 2 12 cups vegetable oil
- 6 chicken breasts (Split with skin, bone in and rib)
- Beat Salt, Pepper, Poultry Seasoning, Vinegar & Beer in large container.
- Add eggs to mixture and beat again.
- Add oil to mixture and beat again.
- Add Chicken ensuring chicken is submerged in mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight (min 12hrs.
- better after 24hrs).
- Place marinated chicken on charcoal grill.
- Cook for 45 to 60 minutes flipping every 15 to 20 minutes until done.
- Serve with potato or macaroni salad.
