Tex-Mex Chicken 'N' Rice
- 2 cups rice
- 1 can tomatoes peeled, diced
- 1 can tomato paste
- 3 cups water hot
- 1 package taco seasoning mix
- 4 each chicken breast halves, boneless, skinless
- 2 medium onions chopped
- 1 can green chili peppers
- n a 5-quart electric slow cooker, mix together all the ingredients.
- Cover and cook on the low heat setting 4 to 4 1/2 hours, or until overcook or the rice will be mushy.
- Stir in the green chiles and garlic pepper and serve at once.
