Rice Pudding

• 1 gallon (3.8 ltr) milk
• 1 pint half & half
• 1-1/2 sticks butter
• 3 cups (700 ml) rice
• 2 tsp (10 ml) vanilla
• 2 cups (475 ml) sugar

1. Put all ingredients together in a thick pot.
2. Cook until rice is done.
3. It will thicken when it cools.
