Slimmers Smoothie
- 1 apple, cored
- 12 frozen banana
- 34 cup low-fat yogurt
- 12 cup frozen apple juice (I buy a bottle of apple juice and freeze 1/2 cup measures in little snap lock bags)
- sugar substitute, to taste (I use Splenda)
- 1 tablespoon LSA (Linseeds, sunflower and almonds mix)
- 14 teaspoon cinnamon
- put roughly chopped apple, banana and yoghurt in blender.
- Whizz till fruit are well chopped.
- Add rest of ingreients and blend until smooth.
