Chicken And Pasta Salad

  1. Prepare salad dressing mix with wesson oil, vinegar, and water as directed on envelope.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Cook pasta as directed on package; drain.
  4. Rinse with cold water and drain.
  5. Run cold tap water over vegetables in a strainer to thaw completely; drain. Combine pasta, vegetables, chicken and cheese in a large bowl. Toss with salad dressing.
  6. Chill.
  7. Serve on a bed of lettuce, if desired.
  8. Makes 8 cups or 8 servings.
