Brazilian Chicken Stroganoff

  1. Heat oil in pan and brown chicken until no longer pink.
  2. Add diced onions and garlic, cook until onion translucent.
  3. Add mushroom until just soft, add salt, pepper, paprika and nutmeg.
  4. Add white wine, then ketchup, mustard, tomato sauce.
  5. Add heavy cream and stir to combine.
  6. Allow to simmer for 10 min for the flavors to combine.
  7. Serve with steamed rice or noodles.
