Shipwreck Stew Recipe

  1. In a skillet, brown beef with onion over medium heat.
  2. Drain fat.
  3. In a 3 qt casserole, combine beef mix with all other ingredients.
  4. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or possibly till rice and potatoes are tender.
  5. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
