Pineapple pork ribs cooked in banana leaves

  1. Preheat oven 325 Fahrenheit rinse ribs well tonget bone chips off
  2. In a large pan spray with nonstick spray and lay a banana leaf on bottom
  3. Rub ribs both sides each side getting half the spices rubbed on each side
  4. Lay the pineapple chunks on top and wrap ribs with leaves stick in the oven 4 and a half hours or till done
