Spicy Beef Kababs Recipe

  1. Heat grill to medium high
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix
  3. Oil hands lightly and shape the mixture into 9 flat sausages about 4 inches long, 1 1/2 inches wide, and 1 inch thick.
  4. Thread a skewer through each sausage lengthwise.
  5. Grill until browned and just cooked through, about 2 minutes on each side.
  6. Or...broil on a slotted broiling tray for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  7. Serve with Lavash, Pita or Nan and Raita
