Beef Stroganoff Pizza

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat and drain any fat.
  2. Add the seasoning, sliced mushrooms and sour cream.
  3. Cook another 5 minutes or so until the mushrooms have softened.
  4. Shape the pizza dough into a 14 circle.
  5. Once on the pizza pan, evenly spread the meat mixture over the dough and top with the cheese.
  6. Bake at 425 degrees F for 20-22 minutes.
