Beef Stroganoff Pizza
- 2 pounds Lean Ground Beef
- 1 package (1 1/3 Oz. Packet) Pot Roast Seasoning
- 2 cups Sliced Mushrooms
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 package (about 14 Oz. Size) Refrigerated Pizza Dough
- 8 ounces, weight Gouda Cheese
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat and drain any fat.
- Add the seasoning, sliced mushrooms and sour cream.
- Cook another 5 minutes or so until the mushrooms have softened.
- Shape the pizza dough into a 14 circle.
- Once on the pizza pan, evenly spread the meat mixture over the dough and top with the cheese.
- Bake at 425 degrees F for 20-22 minutes.
