Chicken Caesar Salad
- 8 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 8 oz.
- 1/2 cup seasoned croutons
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/3 cup KRAFT FREE Classic Caesar Dressing
- 3 cups frozen, sweetened peach slices, thawed
- 1 Tbsp. all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon, divided
- 2 cups letter-shaped sweetened oat and corn cereal with marshmallow bits
- 2 Tbsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) fat-free milk
- Toss lettuce, chicken strips, croutons, cheese, dressing and salt-free seasonings to taste in large salad bowl.
- Split among 4 serving plates.
- Mix peaches, flour and 1/2 tsp.
- of the cinnamon in 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Mix cereal, margarine, and remaining 1/2 tsp.
- cinnamon in small bowl.
- Spread over peach mixture.
- Bake at 350F for 30 min.
- or until hot and bubbly.
- Serve meal with 8 fl oz glass of milk per person.
