Chicken Caesar Salad

  1. Toss lettuce, chicken strips, croutons, cheese, dressing and salt-free seasonings to taste in large salad bowl.
  2. Split among 4 serving plates.
  3. Mix peaches, flour and 1/2 tsp.
  4. of the cinnamon in 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  5. Mix cereal, margarine, and remaining 1/2 tsp.
  6. cinnamon in small bowl.
  7. Spread over peach mixture.
  8. Bake at 350F for 30 min.
  9. or until hot and bubbly.
  10. Serve meal with 8 fl oz glass of milk per person.
