Chilli Pork and Gorgonzola Burgers

  1. Combine all the ingredients except for the gorgonzola.
  2. Season and divide into 6 portions.
  3. Cut the gorgonzola into 6 pieces and mold the pork mixture around each piece.
  4. Flatten and shape like a thick burger.
  5. Preheat the grill to medium and grill about 5-6 minutes on each side.
  6. Serve on a toasted burger bun with mustard and fries.
  7. Enjoy!
