Barbecued Chicken Texas Style Recipe
- 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 tbsp. ketchup
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon warm pepper sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 broiler fryer chicken (2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb.) cut into quarters Or possibly
- 4 to 6 deboned, skinless chicken breasts
- Marinate chicken overnight.
- Beat when grilled outdoors, but can be broiled.
