Hummus Veggie Pocket

  1. Place beans in food processor fitted with steel blade; cover.
  2. Process until almost smooth, scraping down side of container as needed.
  3. Add dressing and season as desired with favorite salt-free seasoning; process until smooth.
  4. Fill pita halves evenly with the bean mixture, cucumbers and carrots.
  5. Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of milk with 2 pita halves.
