Hummus Veggie Pocket
- 1-1/2 cups , cooked or canned
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing
- 4 whole wheat pita bread rounds, cut in half
- 2 cucumbers, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup grated carrots
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) fat-free milk
- Place beans in food processor fitted with steel blade; cover.
- Process until almost smooth, scraping down side of container as needed.
- Add dressing and season as desired with favorite salt-free seasoning; process until smooth.
- Fill pita halves evenly with the bean mixture, cucumbers and carrots.
- Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of milk with 2 pita halves.
