Chocolate Volcano Lava Cake Cocktail

• 2 scoops chocolate ice cream
• 2 ounces vanilla vodka, such as Smirnoff
• 1 ounce white chocolate liqueur, such as Godiva
• 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
• Whipped cream, for garnish
• Toasted coconut, for garnish

1. Add the ice cream, vodka, chocolate liqueur and chocolate syrup to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with whipped cream and toasted coconut.
