Pineapple Cookie Dessert
- 1 pkg. (16.5 oz.) refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. orange zest Safeway 1 lb For $0.79 thru 02/09
- 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- 1 can (20 oz.) pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1/4 cup maraschino cherries
- 1/4 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Press cookie dough onto bottom of 12-inch pizza pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 16 to 18 min.
- or until golden brown.
- Cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar and zest in large bowl with mixer until blended.
- Gently stir in COOL WHIP.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over crust.
- Top with pineapple, cherries and coconut.
