Little Rye Pizzas Recipe
- 1 loaf cocktail rye bread
- 1 pound pork sausage, bulk
- 1 pound Velveeta cheese
- Oregano
- Garlic salt to taste
- Fry sausage till done.
- Drain grease.
- Cube cheese and add in to sauce over low heat.
- As cheese melts, add in oregano and garlic salt.
- Also you can add in 1-2 Tbsp.
- of ketchup.
- Stir all well.
- Spoon mix on little rye (about a tsp.
- and half on each).
- Place under broiler for a few min (till cheese bubbles).
- Yields approximately 40 pizzas.
