Pork and Squash Dinner

  1. COOK pork chops (one per person), a few handfuls shredded red cabbage and wedges of squash with a few Tbsp.
  2. Kraft Light Catalina Dressing, in a large frypan for 15 minutes or until squash is tender.
  3. ADD 2 chopped apples, another 1/2 cup of dressing, 1/2 cup orange juice and 2 Tbsp.
  4. fresh minced ginger.
  5. Simmer, covered 5 minutes.
