Pork and Squash Dinner
- 1 lb. boneless pork chops Safeway 1 lb For $1.99 thru 02/09
- 1/4 small red cabbage
- 1/2 butternut squash
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Calorie-Wise Catalina Dressing
- 2 apple
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Catalina Dressing
- COOK pork chops (one per person), a few handfuls shredded red cabbage and wedges of squash with a few Tbsp.
- Kraft Light Catalina Dressing, in a large frypan for 15 minutes or until squash is tender.
- ADD 2 chopped apples, another 1/2 cup of dressing, 1/2 cup orange juice and 2 Tbsp.
- fresh minced ginger.
- Simmer, covered 5 minutes.
