Brown Spirit Weather Is Here: Salty Air Cocktail

• 1 1/2 ounces Espolon Anejo
• 1 ounce Fino sherry
• 1/2 ounce Pedro Ximenez Sherry
• 1/4 ounce Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
• 2 dashes Regan's orange bitters
• 1 dash salt tincture (see below)
• Orange peel

1. Combine/build all ingredients in a chilled rocks glass.
2. Stir with a large cube of ice for 15 seconds.
3. Garnish with an orange peel and cherries.
