Cheese Fondue

  1. Mix the cheddar and blue cheeses with the beer in a fondue pot or crock pot.
  2. Add seasoning to taste.
  3. Once melted, keep warm over a small flame and dip any variation of the following: cubes of bread, figs, grapes, blanched asparagus, apples, and pears.
