Impossibly Delicious and Kinda Healthy Brownies
- 4 ounces baby food (apple or plum or prune works best)
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 12 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 12 cup sugar
- 12 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 12 cup whole wheat flour (can use whole wheat pastry flour)
- 12 cup chocolate chips
- 12 cup pecans or 12 cup walnuts
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine baby food, margarine, vanilla and cocoa until well blended.
- Add sugar, Splenda and salt.
- Add eggs one at a time.
- Mix in flour, chocolate chips and chopped pecans or walnuts until just mixed.

- Pour into 8x8 greased pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
