Shepherd's Pie Recipe sweetkim

  1. Pre heat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Add 2 tbsp of olive oil to pan
  3. Heat fry pan to med high for 5-10 mins
  4. Cut chuck roast into bite size pieces.
  5. Season with Lawerys season salt and garlic salt.
  6. Cook tell all sides are brown.
  7. Add 1/2 cup of red wine and 1 1/2 cups of water to pan with meat.
  8. add the stew season mix
  9. Add frozen mixed veggies to the meat mixture
  10. Transfere the meat and sauce into a casserole dish (that can be put into the oven)
  11. Next make the instant mash potatoes
  12. layer potatoes over meat and veggie mixture
  13. put in the oven at 400 for 30mins
  14. take out of oven.
  15. after the 30 mins Then make bisquick biscuits and add on top of the potaoes layer and finish cooking at 450 for 15 mins (what the biscuit package says)
