Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp & Grits

  1. Jalapeno BBQ Sauce: Cook ingredients in saucepan on medium heat 15 min., stirring occasionally.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Shrimp & Grits: Wrap each shrimp with 1 bacon slice; secure with skewer.
  4. Grill on medium heat until bacon is about half cooked, turning once.
  5. Transfer to sheet pan.
  6. Bake in 375 degrees F standard oven until shrimp and bacon are done.
  7. Fold cheese into grits.
  8. For each serving: Spoon 2 Tbsp.
  9. Jalapeno BBQ Sauce into bowl; top with 1/2 cup cheese grits.
  10. Brush 1 wrapped shrimp with about 1 Tbsp.
  11. Jalepeno BBQ Sauce; place on grits.
