Low-Fat Chili

  1. Drain and rinse all the beans.
  2. In a medium soup pot, brown the beef, drain, and set aside.
  3. Add olive oil to pan; sweat garlic and onion.
  4. Return beef to pot.
  5. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
  6. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
  7. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered for 20-30 minutes.
