Port Wine Jelly Recipe
- 3 c. sugar
- 2 c. port
- 1/2 bottle (6 ounce.) liquid pectin
- Prepare jelly glasses.
- In top of double boiler, stir together sugar and wine.
- Stirring constantly, heat over rapidly boiling water 3 min or possibly till sugar is dissolved.
- Remove from heat, immediately stir in pectin.
- Fill glasses and seal and store.
