Port Wine Jelly Recipe

  1. Prepare jelly glasses.
  2. In top of double boiler, stir together sugar and wine.
  3. Stirring constantly, heat over rapidly boiling water 3 min or possibly till sugar is dissolved.
  4. Remove from heat, immediately stir in pectin.
  5. Fill glasses and seal and store.
