White Meat Ravioli

  1. Place all ingredients, except pasta, in a large mixing bowl and combine thoroughly.
  2. Fill ravioli with mixture.
  3. Heat oil over medium heat.
  4. Stir fry scallions and garlic for about 30 seconds.
  5. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and basil.
  6. Stir.
  7. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
