Hash Brown Bake Recipe

  1. Saute/fry onion and bacon till onions are translucent/soft.
  2. Soften cream cheese with mushroom soup in a saucepan over low heat.
  3. Drain onions and bacon and add in to soup mix.
  4. Place hash browns in a flat 2 qt Pyrex dish.
  5. Pour soup mix over potatoes and top with grated cheese.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 min.
  7. Serves: 6 to 8.
