Pepper Pork Pockets

  1. Sprinkle pork with pepper and salt, in a large skillet, saute pork in oil until juices run clear.
  2. Add red peppers; cook and stir until heated through.
  3. Remove from theheat.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, milk andgarlic.
  5. Spoon pork misture into lettuce-lined pita halves.
  6. Drizzle with dressing.
