Easy Grilled Asian BBQ Chicken Rolls
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Lite Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
- 4-1/2 tsp. creamy peanut butter
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
- 1 each small green and red pepper, cut in half
- 1 red onion, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
- 1 small tomato, cut in half King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 4 flour tortillas (8 inch)
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Combine barbecue sauce and dressing.
- Add 1/4 cup to peanut butter in small bowl; mix well.
- Grill chicken 5 to 7 min.
- on each side or until done (165 degrees F), brushing occasionally with remaining barbecue sauce mixture for the last few minutes.
- Meanwhile, grill peppers and onions 4 to 5 min.
- or until crisp-tender, and grill tomatoes 2 to 3 min.
- or until tender, turning once.
- Cut chicken and vegetables into thin strips; place on tortillas.
- Roll up tightly.
- Serve with peanut butter mixture.
